Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the same condition as received.
Return Process
To initiate a return, open a support ticket at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, which may include return shipping details or an alternative resolution.
Return shipping instructions, if applicable, will be provided upon approval of your support ticket. In some cases, a physical return may not be required.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products marked as dollar bin or as-is.
- Items ordered in customer error.
- Items with minor color or texture variations due to the printing process.
- Items not reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled any time before they have shipped, as long as their status is still marked as Pending or Processing. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to cancel an order, please open a support ticket with your order number as soon as possible. We typically begin processing within 48 hours, so contacting us quickly gives us the best chance to cancel it before it ships.
If the cancellation is approved, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion (e.g., if an item is out of stock, flagged for payment issues, or cannot be sourced).

We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on Orders over $45 for US only.
Shipping Fees
We also offer shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

We offer worldwide shipping. Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is not valid on international orders.
